Why Individual Couples Therapy
Sometime you may opt for individual counselling and not couple counselling when:
- you may not be ready to bring your partner in with you.
- you are trying to figure something out for yourself in the relationship
- something in your past keeps coming up for you
- you are going through a crisis
- you are struggling with something and needing some time-out from the relationship to create perspective within the relationship
- your partner may not be willing to come with you
At these times, and depending on what the issue is we will work together to help you find the meaning and purpose you seek.
We will use Counselling (often using the principles of EFT and EcCT), Imagery & Visualisation, Brainworking Recursive Therapy,
Brainspotting, HeartMath and the Enneagram (as needed) to assist you in navigating and understanding yourself, and yourself
